AFOC MEETING :

Special Guest : Col. Lyndon Lawas

AGENDA :

# PTT ( based on the Memorandom Circular no.11 )

- past last January and deadline will be on July 8, 08.

- required all Airsoft Enthusiast to follow rules.

- Transport from Residence to any point of destination(gamesite should be registered to FESAGSS ofc.)

- Airports and other ports of entry will be briefed later on by Col. Lawas for the recognition and familiarization of PTT.

- Max of 5 AEG's @ 360 good for 1 year and should be owned by 1 person.

conditions :

1. the AEG should be full REGISTERED per gun.
2. for the PTT, EAG owner should specify OFFICIAL(registered) Gamesite.

(Col. Lawas will call for another meeting with regards to the Memorandom Circular no. 11, for further discussions and clarifications)

# CLUBS / TEAMS

- SHOULD BE SEC REGISTERED.

- with a mininum of 15 members

# BDU's

- NOT an OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT BDU's will be allowed (wearing of lower BDU's going to the gamesite)

1. # Tournament Guidelines ( conducting Airsoft Tournaments or Competitions)

A. ALL AIRSOFT TOURNAMENTS SHOULD BE SANCTIONED BY AFOC. ( AFOC AFFILIATE or NON-AFOC)

B. System for Holding an AIRSOFT TOURNAMENT/COMPETITION:

1.) Police Officers should be PRESENT.

2.) Barangay Tanods should be VISIBLE at all times.

3.) Barangay Officials should be informed of ON-GOING Airsoft Tournament/Competition.

4.) Medical TEAM : to assist on injuries or accidents
a.) Ambulance should be available
b.) (trauma) Doctors should be present
c.) Medical Kits should also be provided

5.) Committee:
a.) Grievance Committee
b.) Medical Committee
c.) General Information Committee
d.) Security Committee
e.) Etchetera

C.) ALL AIRSOFT TEAMS/CLUBS should not PARTICIPATE IN ANY NON-AFOC SANCTIONED TOURNEYS/COMPETITION.

D.) TOURNAMENTS/COMPETITIONS:
a.) all teams who will participate should secure another PTT-Permit To Transport for the particular Tourney or Competition.
( THIS SUBJECT WAS DISCUSSED IN THE MEETING WITH COL. LYNDON LAWAS, no need to include this topic)

2. # TEAMS/CLUB GUIDELINES (R&R for each team applies)

A.) ALL AIRSOFT TEAMS/CLUB PRESIDENTS WILL BE THE AFOC REPRESENTATIVES.

B.) NO PTT will be ISSUED WITHOUT the CONSENT of TEAMS/CLUB PRESIDENT's APPROVAL.

1.) TEAM PTT or INDIVIDUAL TEAM MEMBER PTT - will be APPROVED by the TEAM/CLUB President and forwarded to FESAGSS ofc. for Issuance.

2.) ESTABLISH TEAMS/CLUB OFFICIAL GAMESITES, for particular PTT.

*ALL TEAMS/CLUBS SHOULD HAVE AN AGREEMENT TO HONOR PTT on ALL of CEBU's GAMESITES.

* REGULAR PTT will only be for RESIDENCE and CEBU's "Registered" Gamesites.

NOTE: ALL OFFICIAL GAMESITES FOR EACH AND EVERY TEAM/CLUB SHOULD BE REGISTERED AT THE FESAGSS OFFICE. ( no fees required on official gamesites registration)

C.) SCREENING PROCESS for ACCEPTANCE IN a TEAM/CLUB(each team screening process applies)

D.) AFOC - AIRSOFT FEDERATION OF CEBU HAVE AUTHORITY to SANCTION ANY TEAM.(AFOC affiliate or NOT)

- DEFY AIRSOFT MANIFESTO
- UNABLE TO CONTROL TEAM MEMBERS

3. # FOR INDIVIDUALS (no TEAM, LONEWOLVES)

A.) NO INDIVIDUALS will be allowed to PARTICIPATE IN ANY Airsoft TOURNAMENTS or COMPETITION. He or She should belong to a REGISTERED(FESAGSS&AFOC)Team.

B.) INDIVIDUALS with NEGATIVE CHARACTER or have a BAD REPUTATION will be BANNED FROM PLAYING AIRSOFT or JOINING any Airsoft TEAM or CLUB. This particular person or individuals WILL not be ISSUED A PTT with FESAGSS OFFICE.

C.) UNRULY or UNSPORTSMANLIKE BEHAVIOR from a PARTICULAR INDIVIDUAL in a TEAM/CLUB will be SANCTIONED by AFOC. Teams/Club the individual who belongs to will also be SANCTIONED THRU CANCELLATION of PTT for that PARTICULAR TEAM or CLUB for 6 months to 1 year, after AFOC DELIBERATE, FESAGSS OFC. APPROVES all AFOC DECISIONS and ENDORSEMENTS.

D.) INDIVIDUALS with any PRIOR CRIMINAL RECORDS will not be ACCEPTED in any AIRSOFT TEAMS/CLUBS. AND WILL BE BANNED FROM JOINING ANY AIRSOFT TOURNAMENTS/COMPETITIONS, NO PTT will be Provided to these INDIVIDUALS. A BAN from ENTERING in any TOURNAMENTS/COMPETITIONS and or GAMESITES for these particular INDIVIDUALS.

4. # FOR AIRSOFT GUN STORE

- ALL AIRSOFT GUN STORE SHOULD PROVIDE AN INDIVIDUAL or A TEAM WHO WILL PURCHASE AN AIRSOFT GUN WITH the FOLLOWING :

A.) GUIDELINES for basic Firearm Handling

B.) SAFETY MANUAL with Rules & Regulations of Playing Airsoft.

C.) Provide Assistance for REGISTRATION of Airsoft Gun(s) to FESAGSS OFFICE.

D.) ALL AIRSOFT GUN STORE SHOULD HAVE DETAILED RECORD OF ANY PERSONS OR INDIVIDUALS THEY SOLD AIRSOFT GUN(s).

E.) All Airsoft gun store have the right to Decline Sale to a person or individual whom Character is Questionable.

F.) PERSONS OR INDIVIDUALS PURCHASING AEG'S-Airsoft Electric Guns should be Questioned and Asked thoroughly to IDENTIFY the TEAM THEY BELONG TO or if it is FOR PERSONAL PURPOSES OF COLLECTION ONLY.
