AFOC MEETING REPORT

AGENDA :

* GOVERNOR's CUP

- OCTOBER 11-12, 08.

- 5 leagues

- 1st league will be the opening @ Mandaue City, October 11-12, 08. 12th will be the awarding ceremony ( 1st and 2nd runner up will represent Cebu on the NATIONALS ) ends in Mandaue City.(after 2 months is the second league)

a. 1 south ( after 2 months 3rd league )
b. 1 north ( after 2 months 4th league )
c. 1 mid west ( after 2 months 5th and last league )

- REGISTRATION is @ 300php each

- 1st league Venue will be in ORION, in Reclamation. near CDU ( BLACK HAWK DOWN area )

- MAXINUM of 14 teams, 18 MAN team

* - GOVERNOR's CUP ( 1st league ) will be the QUALIFYING for the NATIONALS

- 1st COME 1st SERVE basis

- INVITATIONS WILL BE GIVEN TO AFOC TEAM AFFILIATES

- Under 18 years old, PLEASE INCLUDE PARENTS CONSENT on REQUIREMENTS

- NO TEAM FROM ASG-CEBU WILL BE PLAYING on this event

- AFOC will be handling GOVERNOR's CUP as the sanctioning body

- this is an open competition

- INFORMATION WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON RADIO AND CEBU NEWSPAPERS

- AFOC WILL ANNOUNCE NEXT WEEK, then GO TO GOVERNOR's OFFICE to SECURE INVITES and FILL - IN THE REQUIREMENTS RIGHT AWAY to secure a SPOT in the LINE-UP

* included in the invite is the R&R of the GAME, SCENARIOS and other important information.

- GAMES for the GOVERNOR's is EVERY 2 MONTHS in different LOCATIONS AND different SCENARIOS

* locations will be...

a. DECEMBER - MOALBOAL

b. FEBRUARY - SAN REMIGIO

c. APRIL - BALAMBAN or TOLEDO or DANAO ( info on this will be posted later, negotiations are on going...)

d. LAST LEAGUE will be in MANDAUE CITY

- REQUEST MEETING FOR - OPERATION PALTIK 3 ( CONGRESSIONAL CUP ) Sept. 18, 08. meeting @ NUVO in LAHUG for the OP ; PALTIK 3

- OPERATION : URBAN STORM 2 will be on OCTOBER 4-5, 08. by CRACK LEGION, location in TALISAY info is already distributed

- OCTOBER 25-26, 08. WILL BE THE NATIONALS
